- My Values
- My mission is to offer a warm, caring space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore what’s on your mind, work through life’s challenges, and find ways to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. I tailor our work to your needs and pace, with compassion and respect for your unique experience.
- My vision is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to share your story, ask for support, and care for your emotional well-being. I hope to nurture a trusting relationship built on empathy, respect, and genuine understanding, so you can feel accepted as you are. In our work together, I want to support you at your own pace as you discover your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward the changes that matter to you.
- I believe every person deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and care. I strive to create a welcoming space where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. Your privacy and trust matter deeply to me, and I’m committed to providing thoughtful, ethical support tailored to your needs. Together, we can make room for growth, self-understanding, and greater emotional well-being at a pace that feels right for you.
A Journey of Compassionate Mental Health Support
I bring warmth, compassion, and a holistic perspective to my work as a psychotherapist. My path has taken me across cultures and through more than 20 years of supporting people through health concerns, life changes, and personal growth.
Where My Journey Began
I was born and raised in Siberia and moved to Israel at age 15, where I lived for 12 years. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree there and began my professional journey as a manual holistic therapist. This early work helped me recognize the close connections between the body, emotions, stress, relationships, and overall well-being.
Growing Through Experience
Over the years, my love of working with people led me to deepen my focus on emotional well-being. I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and became a psychotherapist. Living across cultures has shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, resilience, and the courage it can take to begin a new chapter.
I’m married and a mother of two, and I deeply value family, connection, and meaningful relationships. I speak Russian, Hebrew, and English, and welcome the opportunity to support you in the language that feels most comfortable.
Continuing My Commitment
My approach is compassionate, holistic, and tailored to you. I take time to understand your story, strengths, relationships, culture, values, and life experiences. Our work may explore your thoughts and emotions, relationships, patterns, physical well-being, past experiences, and present challenges.
I believe meaningful change can begin when you feel heard and understood. I see therapy as a respectful partnership—a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater clarity and emotional well-being at your own pace.
